Double Ferrule Compression Fittings for High Pressure

FITOK 20D Series medium-pressure double ferrule compression fittings feature a front and back ferrule design that allows for easy assembly, disassembly, and reassembly. They withstand high temperatures and pressures, are unaffected by pressure and temperature cycling, and prevent leaks caused by vibration, even under extreme working conditions.

The working pressure of the tube ends at ambient temperature is determined by the working pressure of the tubing used, which can reach up to 20,000 psig (1,379 bar). These fittings are EC-79 certified and are suitable for 70 MPa hydrogen vehicle systems. Available in a wide range of sizes and configurations, they provide optimal performance when used with FITOK T20D series tubing.
