The Thermal Pressure Relief Valve (TPRD) from OMB Saleri offers a robust design, made from AISI 316L, and is certified according to EC79. The TPRD is a fundamental safety component in both mobile and stationary hydrogen storage systems.
These valves are activated when the temperature reaches 110°C, venting hydrogen to the outside through a venting system. This process helps avoid any risk of explosion due to overpressure in the storage system.
