FITOK CW Series all-welded check valves are designed for high and ultra-high purity applications where cleanliness and reliability are essential. Their all-welded design, with no internal threads, eliminates entrapment areas and minimises the risk of leaks and contamination.
With a working pressure of up to 3000 psig (206 bar) and a low cracking pressure below 2 psig (0.14 bar), the CW Series ensures precise flow control even at low pressure differentials. The standard surface finish of Ra 20 μin (0.5 μm), with an electropolished option down to Ra 10 μin (0.25 μm), makes it ideal for demanding UHP environments.
CW Series valves are ideal for high and ultra-high purity applications in the semiconductor, pharmaceutical, fine chemical, specialty gas, photovoltaic and R&D laboratory industries, where cleanliness, leak tightness and reliability are essential.
