Weld Fittings

FITOK Weld Fittings are essential components in piping systems where fluid purity is critical. Their butt weld design with no dead spaces prevents the build-up of particles, residues or trapped liquids, ensuring clean and constant flow. In addition, the option of electropolished internal surfaces ensures minimal roughness, reducing contamination and meeting the highest high and ultra high purity standards. These features make them ideal for applications in specialty gases, semiconductors, pharmaceuticals and biotechnology, where even small impurities can affect process performance or final product quality. Made from 316L stainless steel and high quality variants such as 316L VIM-VAR or 316L VAR, they offer chemical, thermal and mechanical resistance, ensuring a robust, leak-free connection. The FITOK weld fitting line offers three main series according to design and application: • T Series (Tubular Fittings): Tubular fittings with butt weld ends, ideal for linear flow systems and reducing turbulence. • L Series (Tube Butt Weld Fittings): Extended design fittings made from forgings, suitable for larger diameter tubing and applications requiring superior mechanical integrity. • M Series (Micro Weld Fittings): Compact fittings for miniaturised systems, optimised for small tubing from 1/8" to 1/2" and 6 mm to 12 mm, maintaining high purity even in tight spaces. Each series combines dimensional precision, compatibility with manual or automatic welding equipment and special cleaning and packaging options, ensuring reliability and safety in any critical process.
