Face Seal Fittings

FITOK Face Seal Fittings are designed for high pressure and high purity applications that require completely leak-tight and reliable connections. Their design ensures a tight seal even in systems subject to vibration, demanding thermal cycles or critical operating conditions with liquid and gaseous fluids. These fittings are widely used in sectors such as the chemical industry, oil and gas, semiconductor manufacturing, specialty gases, medical equipment and other applications where system integrity is essential. Thanks to their face seal configuration, they minimise dead volume and make purging easier, which makes them especially suitable for high purity (HP) and ultra high purity (UHP) systems. The FITOK face seal fitting range is available with different sealing technologies, allowing it to adapt to different chemical media, temperature ranges and pressure conditions: FR Series: fittings sealed with a metal gasket. FO Series: fittings sealed with an O-ring. TFO Series: fittings sealed with an L-ring. The right fitting should be selected taking into account factors such as fluid type, working pressure, operating temperature and the specific requirements of the process.
