High Purity Ball Valves (Low Pressure)

The FITOK BGP Series high purity low pressure ball valve is designed for applications where cleanliness, compatibility with specialty gases and flow control are essential. These three-piece valves deliver reliable performance in CDA and bulk gas distribution lines, ensuring stable bidirectional flow and excellent flow capacity even in low pressure systems. Thanks to their degreasing process and high purity internal finish, the BGP series is ideal for the semiconductor and fine chemical industries and critical applications where contamination must be kept to a minimum. The BGP high purity low pressure ball valve undergoes special cleaning and packaging processes (FC-02 and FC-03), which include particle removal, controlled chemical cleaning, filtered drying and cleanroom packaging. Wetted materials such as CF8M (316) and CF3M (316L) are machined to internal roughness of Ra 25 μin (0.6 μm) for high purity, and down to Ra 10 μin (0.25 μm) in UHP configurations through precision machining or electropolishing. In addition, all wetted components use special high purity compatible lubricants. As a result, the BGP series ensures low particle generation, high chemical compatibility and reliable performance in critical high purity and ultra high purity processes.
