High Purity High Pressure Ball Valves

FITOK BHP Series High Purity High Pressure Ball Valves are designed to meet the most demanding requirements for degreasing, high working pressure, high flow and bidirectional flow in clean dry air (CDA) and bulk gas distribution lines. They are widely used in the specialty gas, semiconductor, pharmaceutical and fine chemical industries.

These valves ensure the cleanliness levels required in high and ultra high purity applications, as all wetted components undergo special cleaning and packaging processes according to Specification FC-02 and, when required, the FC-03 Ultra High Purity Process. These procedures include particle removal, controlled chemical cleaning, drying in a filtered atmosphere and cleanroom packaging to prevent any recontamination.

Wetted materials such as CF8M (316 SS) and CF3M (316L SS) follow a controlled machining process with a maximum internal roughness of Ra 25 μin (0.6 μm) for high purity service, while UHP configurations reach Ra 10 μin (0.25 μm) through precision machining or electropolishing of CF3M components.

In addition, all wetted components are lubricated exclusively with high purity compatible lubricants, free of contaminants.

As a result, BHP series high purity high pressure ball valves offer low particle generation, maximum chemical compatibility and reliable performance in critical processes where cleanliness and system integrity are essential.
