Distribution Block Valves

FITOK BDP series distribution block valves are designed for applications that require high purity, high flow and maximum system cleanliness, such as specialty gases, semiconductors, hydrogen and demanding chemical processes. The full bore main tube, joined by orbital welding, ensures a clean and uniform internal flow path, while the branch valves use the BHP or BGP series, known for their reliability in critical conditions.

To ensure compatibility with ultra high purity environments, these valves undergo rigorous cleaning and packaging processes according to Specification FC-02, which includes controlled chemical cleaning, particle removal and specialised packaging. For even more demanding applications, they are available under the Ultra High Purity FC-03 process, which allows internal surfaces machined to Ra 10 μin (0.25 μm) or even electropolished, using materials such as CF3M and CF8M.

In addition, all wetted components are treated with special oxygen-compatible lubricants, ensuring stable and safe performance in systems requiring extreme cleanliness. This level of finish and control makes BDP series distribution block valves an ideal solution for installations where gas integrity and flow purity are essential.
