Complete portfolio: FITOK manufactures fittings, valves, pressure regulators, filters, tubing and integrated gas systems (distribution panels, control assemblies and integrated gas systems for semiconductors), covering all manufacturing process requirements from a single source of supply.
Strict material selection: HP and UHP components are manufactured in SEMI-compliant 316L SS and 316L VAR SS, with precise control of chemical composition and grain size to minimise particle generation and metallic contamination.
Advanced surface treatment: Internal surfaces are electropolished and passivated, forming a chromium-rich layer that improves corrosion resistance and reduces moisture and gas adsorption, which is critical in applications with corrosive or toxic gases.
High purity cleaning: Components are ultrasonically cleaned and dried in NEBB-certified cleanrooms, using deionised water in accordance with SEMI E49.6, ensuring the absence of ionic or particulate residues.
Manufacturing in high-grade cleanrooms: Critical processes for UHP components are carried out in NEBB-certified Class 10 cleanrooms, equivalent to ISO Class 4, meeting the most demanding SEMI standards.
Helium leak testing: All HP and UHP valves are helium leak tested according to SEMI-F1, with a detection sensitivity of up to 5×10⁻¹² std. cm³/s, ensuring full system integrity before delivery.
