The FITOK TCA Series is designed for ultra high purity systems, especially in the semiconductor industry. This coaxial system combines an inner process tube built to strict electropolishing, cleaning and packaging standards to meet the highest cleanliness and performance requirements, while the outer containment tube provides leak protection, ensuring safe fluid distribution.
The double tube design allows easy installation by orbital welding, integrating easily into existing systems. Every connection and end is helium leak tested, ensuring maximum reliability. The assembly is put together in an ISO 4 cleanroom, with capped ends and double bagged in polyethylene bags with high purity nitrogen.
