DP Series low pressure pneumatic diaphragm valves feature minimal internal volume and no dead spaces. The absence of internal threads or springs in contact with the fluid minimises particle generation and retention, ensuring high purity. Their fully contained seat resists swelling and contamination, while the cobalt alloy diaphragm ensures a long cycle life, with high strength and corrosion resistance. The metal-to-metal seal prevents external leakage. Several connection types, sizes and seat materials are offered, and wetted surfaces are electropolished to Ra 5 μin (0.13 μm), making them suitable for high and ultra high purity applications.
