Manual Needle Flow Control Valve

The Needle Flow Control Valve by EV Hydrogen is a type of valve designed to manually control the flow of hydrogen in high pressure fluid systems. These valves operate with a flow rate of 3L/hr to 38L/hr. Valves with a very low flow rate are not designed to completely shut off the flow, but will remain slightly open. This is because full closure will damage the fine regulating needle.

They are available in straight and angled designs, and are manually operated as standard, but can easily be fitted and supplied with a pneumatic or electric actuator.

As standard, our valves have threaded inlet and outlet ports in the ¼’ female NPT dimension, but other connections can be supplied on request.
