Double Ferrule Compression Fittings for High Pressure

FITOK 20D Series High Pressure Double Ferrule Compression Fittings are designed for instrumentation and process lines subject to high pressures and extreme temperatures. Their front and back ferrule system allows quick and safe assembly, disassembly and remake, ensuring leak-tight and reliable connections even under vibration, pressure and temperature cycles and severe working conditions. Made from high strength 316 stainless steel, with lubricated threads to minimise friction, 20D Series fittings withstand pressures up to 20,000 psig (1,379 bar) and hold EC-79 certification, making them suitable for 70 MPa hydrogen systems. Each part is marked with size, material and traceability, ensuring full process control. Available in multiple sizes and types, they combine perfectly with FITOK T20D and T15A tubing series, delivering optimum performance in high pressure, instrumentation, hydrogen and critical industrial process applications.
