DBB Double Block and Bleed Valve

FITOK DBB double block and bleed valves for process instrumentation integrate two isolation valves and a bleed valve, reducing potential leak points, installation weight and space required compared with traditional multi-valve systems. They can be configured with welded, RF/RJ flanged or NPT threaded connections, adapting to multiple piping layouts. All DBB valves are tested according to API 598 and can be supplied with advanced options such as API 607 fire-safe, EN 12266-2 anti-static design and NACE MR0175 compliance for H₂S service. Their compact design and reliability make them a safe choice for systems where isolation with venting is essential.
