3-Valve Manifold

FITOK 3-valve instrumentation manifolds (3D, 3R, 3DH and 3RH Series) feature a compact design, with three valves in a single body, offering fewer potential leak points than traditional multi-valve configurations. They are suitable for liquid level and differential pressure applications.

The valves feature a two-piece stem design: the upper stem threads are roll-hardened to isolate the lubricant from the system media, and the lower stem surface is specially hardened. These manifolds withstand pressures up to 10,000 psig (690 bar) and temperatures from -65 °F to 1,200 °F (-54 °C to 649 °C). The non-rotating lower stem moves vertically instead of by threaded lift, reducing packing wear with every stroke and minimising wear between the seat and the valve tip. The valves provide back-seating in the fully open position, with a handle secured by a set screw for greater durability. All manifolds are factory tested at their rated working pressures.
