HFKH1000

2-Way Ball Valve HFKH 1000 bar

ISO 19880-3 (Hydrogen gas – Refuelling stations – Part 3: Valves) distinguishes between valves for maintenance (Class B) and for operation (Class A). While Class B valves are designed to withstand only 100 cycles of operation at ambient temperature, Class A valves must withstand 102,000 cycles (100,000 at ambient temperature, 1,000 at -40 °C and another 1,000 at +85 °C) without losing the integrity of the sealing system. The MHA ZENTFRAF HFKH1000 series is manufactured to ISO 19880-3, Class A. In addition, the shaft seal design is certified to DIN EN ISO 15848-1 (low emissions).

To allow up to 102,000 operations under full differential pressure, the HFKH1000 valve has been designed with special attention to the reduction of wear and friction. This ensures a maximum level of reliability and sustainability even under the most demanding conditions.

The HKKH1000 series is available with manual or automatic actuation.
