Butt Weld Fittings for High Purity

FITOK L Series Tube Butt Weld Fittings are designed with an extended tube to ensure precise alignment and high quality welding in industrial and high purity systems. Made from forgings (except straight configurations), they are available in sizes from 1/4″ to 1″ and 6 mm to 18 mm, in straight, elbow, tee and cross versions.
Depending on the required purity level, the fittings can be manufactured with:
- Machined finish (Standard FC‑01)
- Enhanced finish for special processes (FC‑02)
- UHP electropolished surface (FC‑03), with minimal roughness to reduce entrapment and minimise process contamination
The FITOK L Series is ideal for demanding applications such as specialty gases, hydrogen and high purity processes.
