Springless High Pressure Diaphragm Valves

FITOK DH Series springless high pressure diaphragm valves incorporate a multi-layer cobalt alloy and BeCu diaphragm, offering high strength, durability and excellent corrosion resistance and ensuring a long cycle life. An arc seat improves sealing. The maximum working pressure is 3000 psig (206 bar). Manual and pneumatic actuators are available, and position sensors are offered for pneumatic versions. There are also several connection types, sizes and seat materials depending on process requirements. Main features:

- Actuator: Aluminium / 316 SS
- Wetted surfaces: Electropolished Ra 5 μin (0.13 μm), suitable for high and ultra high purity
Temperature Range
- PCTFE: -23 ~ 65 °C
- Polyimide: 10 ~ 150 °C
Connectors
- Tube butt weld (TB) 1/4"–3/8"
- FR connection (male, female, swivel, integral)
- 6 mm tube connection.
